Customer Service Hours

Customer service representatives are available to
assist you:
Monday – Friday, until 6:30 P.M.

Breakfast & bakery orders should be placed by 1:30 PM the previous day for next day delivery. As a general rule,
we require a 90 minute lead time for orders, however, some restaurantss require24-hour advanced notice.
These restaurants are highlighted in the Browse Menu section of this website or call our Customer Service
department for additional information.

Convenient & Flexible Delivery Times


Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 P.M.

Deliveries after 7:30 PM will be accomodated when placed by 6:30 PM.

Weekend deliveries are available if your order is placed by 5:00 PM Friday.

Don’t let time be your enemy! Order days or even weeks in advance to ensure that your get the delivery time that you want. Your delivery reservation will be held until 90 minutes before the requested delivery time. CANCELLATIONS: We must have 24-hour advance notice to cancel an order. We cannot accept an order cancellation left on our voicemail. You must cancel directly with a customer service representative.

We also understand that situations can arise at the last minute. We will do everything we can to accommodate last minute orders. Call (617) 851-2662 for details.

Set Up A Corporate House Account

Recurring Billing Options are available for businesses that would like to use our service on a regular basis. With a Corporate House Account, setting up last minute office meetings or parties will be easier than ever. Download and Print this pdf file or Word Document, fill it out, and fax it back to (617) 851-2662. After we have received your fax, a Deluna Delivery customer service representative will contact you to confirm your application request.

Accepted Payment Methods are Visa, Discover, Master Card, Cash, Corporate Checks, & Corporate House Accounts

Cancellations

We must have 24-hour advance notice to cancel an order. We cannot accept an order cancellation left on our voicemail. You must cancel directly with a Customer Service Representative.

Delivery Areas

Deluna Delivery brings great food to you throughout the entire Boston metro area. For larger orders, deliveries will be made well outside the normal delivery areas so please do not hesitate to call for more information. Click here to see a listing of our regular delivery areas.

Receipts

Additional copies of receipts can be emailed, faxed or mailed to wherever you need them. Customer Service will be glad to assist you with this.

Pricing

• Orders placed more than one day in advance will be called to confirm the order
  one day prior to delivery.
• Payment may be made by cash, corporate check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American
  Express or corporate billing account. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee.
  Sorry, checks will not be accepted on residential orders.
• Restaurant prices are subject to change.
• Soft drinks are available for $1.00 per 12-ounce can. Juices and spring water are
  available for $1.25 per bottle.
Coca Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, & Minute Maid Juice are available with your delivery order.

Menu Books

Customers who have ordered from us in the previous six months will automatically receive a new full color menu book when they are printed, currently in the Spring and Fall. If you would like to receive additional menu books at any time please Contact Us.
